How will you experience Ranui Bike Park on our Open Days?  

On Wheels? On Foot? Relaxing with friends or training for your next event?  Escape the footpath and run, bike or walk these scenic trails in the Farm Park! 

Our Open Days give you the opportunity to experience the outstanding landscape that Hawke's Bay has to offer. You can experience the native and exotic scenery and farm life on an epic ride, run or walk on a track of your choice. Or you can stay the day and try all of our 30 kilometers plus of tracks!

What are our Open Days?

Open days are every Saturday and Sunday of the year between October and May and include all Public Holidays (These days are weather permitting so please check our website, FB or IG to see if it is open or closed due to weather conditions).

Open days are when you can ride, run or walk any of our 17 plus signposted tracks, there are 32 km's of great tracks to choose from, each suited for different abilities. You can spend as long as you like on the tracks between 9am - 5pm. 

There are maps and signage at the starting point and you are required to deposit $5 per person into an honesty box and sign an indemnity form before you set off; one per family is fine (These are located under the little gazebo just in from the car park).

There are no extra activities on open days (however the zip line is available for you to supervise and use); the toilets and showers are available for use. We have several new grade 3 and 4 tracks in the Kanuka Block; A two way track on the top ridge (Top Track) allows you to drop into all of these; then we have a Southstar built uphill track (Tu Meke) for returning.  Or a fun ride out (BB Exit) to the shuttle pick up (Ranuka will bring you back from the shuttle pickup if you just want to ride); shuttle runs on varying event days and "Sunday Fun Days" or private bookings.

Park fee & Registration:

Fee; $5.00 per person, to be paid into honesty box provided. Registration; please fill out and sign one form per family at registration.

Season Membership:

Season Memberships of $60 covers park entry for Weekends and Public Holidays from October through to May; NB. Free shuttle, bbq day at end of season for members only.
